Eldercare Network meets individual needs in a family-style setting

We specialize in meeting the individual needs of residents who require assistance with activities of daily living but do not need the skilled services of medically focused facilities. Our caregivers have the time to get to know the residents and offer them just the right amount of assistance with personal care, medication, bathing and dressing.

Each resident has a private bedroom (or studio apartment) and a private or shared bathroom with safety devices. All homes are accessible by ramps for exit and access. Hodgdon Green has an elevator to provide access to all floors for everyone.

Personlized Service Plan

We understand that each resident’s preferences and needs are different. Therefore, an individual’s service plan is developed cooperatively before move-in and adjusted periodically thereafter to ensure that each resident is receiving customized assistance and support in areas such as personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, bathing and mobility.

Respite Care

ElderCare Network offers respite care at all of its homes. Respite (or short-term) care provides time off for family members caring for an elderly person who needs regular assistance with the activities of daily life. The elderly person may stay in one of our homes for a few days or a few weeks.

Respite care has been shown to help sustain family caregiver health and well-being, as well as avoid or delay permanent out-of-home placements. Fees are charged per day.

Financial support is available through Spectrum Generations for families that are income-eligible.

Adult Day Program

For those still able to live at home, the Adult Day Program offers regular visits to join the daily life of the home, participating in meals and activities with assistance as needed. Schedules are flexible to suit the needs of the elder and his or her caregivers. Fees are charged per hour, all inclusive
