The ElderCare Network (ECN) is a not-for-profit organization that operates six family-style assisted living homes in Lincoln County. We serve people of all incomes and believe that quality of daily life for the individual is the most important requirement to aging successfully.

Working with a dedicated Board of Directors, an experienced administrative team and more than 50 caregivers, the Executive Director will provide inspiration, leadership and management in the areas of finance and funding, program development and evaluation, business management, staff retention and recruitment, facilities upkeep and improvements, licensing, compliance with State and federal regulations, communications, marketing, and community relations.

Familiarity with health care and elder issues, DHHS procedures and regulations, finances, compliance, office management, employment and human resources, property management, community relations, marketing and fundraising are desirable.

Requirements are: A dedication to human values; a moral code of fairness and respect; a personal ethic of kindness and tolerance and a strong desire to work long and hard for a worthwhile goal. Compensation and benefits are competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
